Sugar & Spice has a continuous viewing of two videos for the enjoyment of visitors to Valdez. The viewing of the videos is complimentary and the studio area will seat approximately thirty five people at a time. The showings of the videos are daily and show continuously from the opening to closing of the store.

The video “Trans-Alaska Pipeline” is approximately twenty five minutes long. This video is an overview of the life and hardships of the construction workers during the construction of the 800-mile pipeline. The Trans-Alaska Pipeline was constructed from 1974 to 1977 with oil reaching Valdez on July 28, 1977 at 11:02 p.m.

The video “Though The Earth Be Moved” is a video approximately forty five minutes long about the 1964 Earthquake. The earthquake measured 9.3 on the Richter scale and the epicenter was twenty seven miles from Valdez. The earthquake happened on Good Friday, March 27, 1964. In this video there is actual footage that was taken during the earthquake and the aftermath.
